Frederick A. Utech is the founder and chief instructor of Aikido No Kokoro Ryu.  He has studied and practiced Aikido for over 30 years.  The school, located in Wheatfield, NY, a suburb of Niagara Falls has been serving the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area for 13 years.
